Our project budgets range from around £2000 for a single room to over £200,000 for a full luxury renovation. For ‘buy to let’ investors, we provide a furniture plan service to maximise the appeal of your property, designed to enhance every selling feature and allow tennants to move right in, or we can simply select and supply floor finishes, window treatments and lighting in the unfurnished property.

We start with a free no obligation consultation, and once engaged will present you with initial creative concepts for your feedback and input. We’ll then finalise your scheme and get to work. Every aspect of the project will be managed on your behalf, keeping you informed along the way. You determine the detail and frequency of communication, with as much or as little involvement as you wish.

We source from a wide variety of high quality manufacturers in the UK and Europe - and attend the finest design shows to keep work at the forefront of innovative design and quality product development. Whatever you need we can source it - if we can’t source it we can design a bespoke piece - just for you.

Let Zzini create the wow factor required to sell your property at a premium. We assess your property, research your target market and deliver a tailored design scheme that will convert viewers into buyers. We’re skilled at working within pre-determined budgets and timescales and our creative approach makes your budget go further.

residential lettings

We can handle your complete decorative renovation, bringing in our trusted team of trades as required. Zzini can deliver as little as a cosmetic makeover for a quick turnover, to a full property scheme including kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and architectural detail to enhance your property and maximise the rental value. As always, working within your timeline and budget.
